If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful house with character situated in a quite location, this house ticks all the boxes. On the edge of a small village Filipana in southern part of Istria (18 km from Pula), you will find Villa Oliveta, set in 23,000 square meters of private land. The villa is newly built and combines traditional Istrian style with modern facilities. Designed respecting the authentic local architecture with wood and stone as predominantly used building materials, the house perfectly fits within the surrounding countryside.
Outside there is a spacious covered terrace with dining table and barbecue which provides plenty of shade during the day, while in the evening it offers an enjoyable experience of al fresco dinning with a view to the beautifully illuminated pool and olive trees.
The interior has been decorated with lots of love and attention to details, creating a very special atmosphere. Stone walls and wooden ceilings give the house plenty of warmth and character. With 285 square meters of space, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa provides maximum comfort to its guests. On the ground floor there is a stone arched portal for entrance in an airy and open space where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with a fireplace. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The villa provides ideal accommodation if you are two families travelling together, as the remaining two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom are located on the upper floor, so you can spend your vacation in the same house and at the same time have some privacy. The upper bedrooms both have access to a covered terrace with panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and distant Mount Učka.
For our little guests, there is a playground with a swing and a slide. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has free wi-fi internet access and a gated and shaded parking area. Shops and restaurants are just a few kilometers away.
