2026 VRBO NAZARE AGREEMENT (dec25)

Funchal 2 Broom flat, tidy, confortable, clean, full equipped, and good support all over your stay.
It is located in a Residential popular neighborhood with all facilities around (transports, shops, medical, etc, at 195m hight place and 3 km far from Funchal center). Calm nice place to telework, good WIFI.

Thank you in advance for read & accept the conditions described, do not proceed if you are not comfortable with it.

VISITORS DATA
All visitors must be registered using their ID (or a photo of ID), so please send ALL the data before approval, including children.

Full name (and gender),
date of birth,
country of birth,
country/city of residence,
type and number of ID,
Portuguese nationals, please add your NIF.
No additional visitors are allowed after agreement without further procedures (insurance).

FLIGHT OR ARRIVAL DATA:
Arrival (and departure) date and time,
airline,
flight number
schedule (for online tracking)

CHECK-IN from 8am to 12pm
Please avoid flights arriving between midnight and 8:00 AM (in-person check-in).
CHECK-OUT until 11 am. From 12 am, a double final cleaning fee may be asked.

EXTRA COSTS IN CASH
TOURIST TAX (2€/day.pers for max. 7 days & Weekly cleaning to agree before entry

Weekly cleaning for more than a one-week stay is mandatory (see local regulations ref. in the last photo). Please note that local fauna is not dangerous, it is mainly birds, insects & lizards.
We shall schedule weekly cleaning and inform you the date/hour, which is not flexible. Our trustable person have the keys for the scheduled time to enter.

Please make this work secure for everyone (weekly and upon departure):
- Keep your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) off the surfaces to be cleaned.
- Release the room being cleaned.
- Waste must be taken out in appropriate containers just outdoors every day (to avoid insects).
- No dirty dishes in the kitchen, dishwasher available.
Linen stocks: do not manipulate the stocks. Linen is provided by staff.

Avoid to use white towels other than for bathing. For the beach or makeup, there are colorful napkins and rolls of paper.
