Restaurant , coffee shops and shopping are below the home. Fantastic walk to the harbor thru the beautiful downtown area. We have a parking to keep you car safe. Great vacation rental. You really don't need your car unless you want to take day trips to Italy or near by towns like Monte Carlo or Cap Martin, Nice or Cannes.
If the property is left on poor conditions, we are going to keep a part from the Deposit as an extra cleaning fee.
