We offer a beautiful townhouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample living room and terrace

If you need just one of the two rooms, the other room will remain empty. We won't charge extra. We will also be happy to host families with one kid who want to occupy both rooms. Ask for a discount if you bring small kids.

There is a Parking in the house’s front yard.

The neighborhood is a residencial area of townhouses, independent villas and condos. Shops, cafes and restaurants a few meters away (50 m).

There is a park nearby for running and public swimming pool.

We have sometimes a dogs in the house, cannot completely exclude dog allergens.

If you want to enjoy a very clean and modern house in Munich , being close to everything,, this is your place.

As said, tram Station Willibaldplatz is really close, just 100 meters away, and there is a bus stop in front of the house that can bring you to Laim S-Bahn with quick connection to the airport, central station and Pasig station , bus station.
