Villa Balos (amfimala)is a wonderful private villa.Our newly built villa offers, 4 spacious bedrooms. Our villa has a panoramic view towards the Mediterrean sea. Our guests can seat and enjoy the sunset and sunrise every morning and evening.You will be renting our private villa of 210m2 on a private plot 1.500 m2 surrounded by a garden with excotic trees,flowers,lawn and natural surrondings.Villa Balos offers a large private pool which is ideal for families and friends.Our Villa is located at Georgiopoulis. The location of the Villa is ideal for families that are looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea and many attractions.A perfect locaction. The ideal solution for groups of friends ,families with children, weddings,or anyone seeking a private escape! Our fully equipped kitchen leads to a terrace perfectly suited for sunset moments. Villa Balos also offers LCD Plasma smartTV with a continental satellite system and WIFI wireless internet connection.You can enjoy luxury, silience, natural beauty and the combination of traditional and modern ellements,for your absolute relaxation.Our Villa consits of 4 bedrooms with private balconies facing sea view which can accomadate 10 - 12 guests, dining area, living room, fully equipped kitchen,3 bathrooms with hydromassage & all amenities, childrens playground, barbeque area where you and your guests can enjoy and prepare your meals,free parking for you and your guests, and a spacious private pool. On request the staff can be consisted of a cook. A welcome basket will wait for you on your arrival with local drinks, fruits and traditional flavours. Feel free to ask the owners everything you need (car rentals, useful tips about excursions and sightseeing). About 600m from the villa is the center of Georgioupolis where there you can find numerous shops, supermarkets, traditional markets, cafes and bars. It has a big playground for our small friends with skate park, bike lane and outdoor gym. The organized beach of Georgioupolis with the gold sand is located 500m from the villa.
Apart from sunbathing is suitable for fishing and various water sports “Kournas lake” which is about 3km from the villa. It’s the largest natural lake in Crete. You can enjoy swim in the lake, a ride of pedalo or a walk around the beautiful landscape. It is surrounded by traditional greek taverns and cafeterias and you can enjoy local flavours or your coffee with the nice view. The traditional “Rethymno city” is about 18km, while the scenic Chania city is about 30km. Souda port is accessible to 28km, “Chania airport” is 42km and “Heraklion airport” is 100km.
