The apartment is located in a neighborhood where you can find everything needed for daily living: at short distance from main services (bus, train), from shops, pharmacy, news-stand, pizzeria, restaurants and all kind of shops.
Distance from the historical district and the harbour: 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus
3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin may become double on occasion), well equipped and comfortable.
2 bathrooms: one with small bath which gives the opportunity to take a shower or adults than children.
The other with shower.

A deposit by bank transfer to approximately 20-30% (depending on the total pay). The balance payable in cash upon arriving.
Deposit of 120 Euros payable upon arrival.
