Charming building, is relatively new (compared to the area) is from 2010, is only 4 apts the developer keep the style of the old Lisbon Architecture. One bedroom but have a great living space, nice new kitchen well equipped, bathroom with a bathtub and a bide.
All the rooms have doors to the balconies (2 balconies) both of them have amazing river views, one you see the sun rise and the other the sunset, very comfortable bed, big sofa, WIFI, internet and TV with a lot of International chanels.
The neighborhood is a very typical Lisbon neighborhood is a historical neighborhood, you still can find the old stores, there are restaurants, little supermarkets and a lot of cafes, there is a croissanterie 2 streets below that have amazing bread.
The location of the apt is on a one way street , not a lot of cars, very quiet, the bedroom is on the back and there is no street there, only backwards, you hear the birds.
There is very good public transportation on the parallel street, that can take you anywhere if you don't feel like walking.
If you came by car or your have rented a car, you can park outside on the street for free.
