Cottage

We are delighted to present to you a completely renovated original stone vacation and holiday house dating from 1904. This beautiful house is situated in the North Velebit Nature Park amidst its pristine and untouched nature. The house is approx. 750m above sea level and about 15 minutes away from the main roads, guaranteeing you a peaceful and totally tranquil holiday.
The house itself consists of two bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms, tavern with a stone fireplace and an additional stone fireplace outside on the terrace.
You will be in total privacy as the house is in a small abandoned village. The nature though is breathtaking. All this though in a short reach from the sea and beaches (approx. 12 km), it is about half hour away from the island of Rab and one hour away from the island of Pag.
The power supply in the house is provided by Photovoltaic cells and is completely ecological and environmentally friendly. The water supply is a generous, but little limited to 4 cubic meters or 4000 liters, however, should you require more water during your stay this can be easily arranged at an additional cost.
At your arrival a welcome barbecue will be provided with local wine and meat and this is of course included in the price.
