Studio apartment in a classic building, built in the early 1900s. Having been renovated recently, this place maintains its original features, while providing the guests with the latest modern comforts, and all the conveniences. Located on the second floor with elevator, 900 meters from the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, and the Cascine Park, it is conveniently connected to all points of interests, and landmarks in florence. A clean, well-lighted studio apartment (flat), which despite being located in the central area, offers true peace, and tranquility, because, in addition to being part of a building with a few residents, it overlooks a quiet courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an induction hob, a microwave, and a fridge.
There is also an independent heating system, plus LCD-TV, WIFI, and air conditioning.
I am always reachable and will respond to the requests and needs of every guest, both by phone and by email as soon as possible.
Clean bed sheets and linens are always available. You can use washing machine and clothes iron (on request), too.
Reservations are possible -for a minimum of 2 days. On request, luggage pre-check-in and post-check-out are possible. Check-in from 2.00 pm / Check-out before 10.00 am.
Placed near key locations of the city, it is conveniently connected to all points of interests, and landmarks in Florence. Nearby, there are supermarkets, bars, bakeries, restaurants, eateries, pizza restaurants, diners, and just in front of the building, there is a small supermarket open till late. A paid parking lot and a gym are located close to the building as well.
To reach the historic center, you can walk or use the public transportation of the ATAF and other bus companies; the bus stop is right in front of the building. It is also possible to use the Tramvia (the closest stop, Porta al Prato, is less than 500 meters from the building) or go to the Porta al Prato train station.
