Situated in a quiet traffic-free area of the old town, a five minute walk down to the harbour (via some steep steps, so a little longer back), this is a really lovely house.

An archway from the entrance hall leads into a wellequipped brandnew kitchen area. Beyond the kitchen, the living room is attractively decorated and still has the original corner fireplace. Here there is a divan, a CD payer, a library and also a downstairs shower/wc.
A wooden staircase leads up to the large twin bedroom which has a ceiling fan and AC.
A further flight of stairs leads off the bedroom and up to a wonderful, part-shaded roof terrace. Here you have everything you need a superb view, cool, a barbeque, table and chairs and magnificent 270° views over the rooftops of the town and across the harbour.
You will not want to move!
