Self-catering apartment finely refurbished not for touristic use, only for transitional/temporary rental (min 2 max 12 months). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. Flat equipped with modern amenities including: 32'' LED TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, tableware and appliances (fridge, freezer , electric oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle).
Located close to the historic center at few steps from Via Veneto and the Spanish Steps, in the heart of one of the most elegant and characteristic districts of Rome designed and built by architect Gino Coppedè in 1915, in a quiet residential area surrounded by the wonderful parks of Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia and Villa Ada, close to many museums and attractions of the Capital City like Galleria Borghese museum, MACRO (contemporary art museum) and St. Priscilla Catacombs.
The apartment is located outside the limited traffic zone (LTZ) of Rome so can be easily reached by car (free parking available in the courtyard).
