Villa Ragusa is a beautiful private villa with pool located in the province of Ragusa which a UNESCO world heritage site. The villa is surrounded by a large natural park. Villa Ragusa was recently restored to bring out all of its natural beauty. The owners have preserved the villa\'s beautiful stone walls and rustic charm by blending it with a contemporary design. The villa is a home and an art studio at the same time with all of the modern conveniences that you could ask for. The exterior areas have been carefully designed so that you can enjoy the terraces and pool area throughout the day. Villa Ragusa is perfect for families or friends traveling together as the property is very large and spacious. With its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Villa Ragusa can accommodate up to 11 guests. In the main house on the ground floor is an entrance followed by a living/dining room with a decorative fireplace. The mix of original stone with contemporary design make these living areas cozy and welcoming. Continuing along there is a fully equipped kitchen to entice any cook in the family! If you prefer to have meals prepared for you while at Villa Ragusa, this is also possible (Please see charges below). There is also a family room on the ground floor where there are two sofa beds.
There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor and one bathroom with shower.
Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and has a small terrace. There is a second double bedroom and one single bed in the loft area. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.The Annex has a double bedroom with en-suite shower and an art studio!
Outside there is a courtyard, terraces, swimming pool which is open April 1 - October 31. There is also a solarium and laundry. The rental includes twice-weekly change of sheets and towels and tidying up twice a week. Extra maid service is available upon request. Please note that for parties of 7 or less, there is a 20% discount all year except during the highest season which is the month of August.
