Apartment

I am renting my new Roof-Terrace-Suite in a central location in Vienna.
The apartment is equipped with everything you can expect (broadband wifi internet, complete kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, living room with high standard furniture, cable tv, stereo sound system, and washing machine and dryer in the cellar.

The apartment has an extra small bedroom with a bid double bed, a kitchen, bathroom, big terrace and a huge living room with a very big couch. Additional there are 2 single unfoldable beds in the living room for the 3rd and 4th person. And a 5th person can sleep on the big couch (its not a real sleeping couch - but a ver big normal couch)

The apartment is very central. Only 4 min too two subway stations and several tram stations. 7 min to the city center with tram 44.

Its in a very popular neighbourhood with a lot of bars, cafes, restaurants and young, artistic and educated and international people.
Its the new trendy district in vienna. (called Brunnenmarkt area)

Parking is possible in the nearby park & ride Ottakring

So you get here a great rooftop terrace suite for a fraction of the costs of a hotel room - quite a good deal!
