The area where the apartment is located is very special, in the historical center just behind the famous La Fenice Theatre, a few steps from Campo Santa Maria Zobenigo (Giglio) where along the famous Calle Larga XXII Marzo (full of shops, Griffe and 5-star hotels that overlook the Grand Canal) you get a 5-minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The location is central and enviable.
The entrance looks like a typical Venetian entrance, with a scale of Istrian stone.
The apartment consists of a large entrance, two double bedrooms (with possibility of 2 single beds or 1 double bed for each room), two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with dining room and a large living room with a sofa bed for any two other guests. It is equipped with air conditioning.
The view from the living room is a typical view of a Venetian canal with the passage of gondolas and boats typical of the lagoon.
The apartment has recently been carefully restored and the ceiling beams, as well as the marble floor 'terrazzo veneziano', give this home a touch of sophistication and elegance.
Costs to accept before the reservation, to pay cash at the moment of the check-in:
* 10% of agency fees on the total rent cost.

*** CLEANINGS: final cleanings and supply of sheets, towels and kitchen linens: for 4 guests € 50,00; for 5 guests € 60,00; for 6 guests € 70,00.

EARLY CHECK-IN: If you need to enter the apartment before our check-in time (15:30), according to our availability, we can agree with you an early check-in at the cost of € 20.00.
LATE CHECK-IN: Only for arrivals at the apartment after 8:00 pm, the additional cost is € 40,00; for arrivals after 11:00 pm, the additional cost is € 50,00; for arrivals after 01:00 am, the additional cost is € 70,00.
