It has a capacity up to 2 persons in a big bedroom with a double bed and a balcony to a the quiet San Marcos Square and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa.

The kitchen is independent with all the electrical machines: washing machine, fridge, microware, coffe maker, lemon squazzer, kettle, etc. The living room has also TV and Internet ADSL Wireless Conexion.

You are just in the heart of Salamanca, so, all the places of interest in Salamanca within an easy walking distance like Plaza Mayor, Univerisity of Salamanca and Pontificia, Casa de las Conchas, Cathedrals, outdoor cafes and thousands of tapas bars.

The check in time is from 15:00 pm and the check out time is up to 11:00 am. Please, contact us by email in case you arrive earlier and we will try to allow you to get entry the apartment before that time, always if there are not other clients the night before. In that case, we need time to clean the apartment and the check in time would be at the normal time.

For arrivals from 20:00h till 24:00h there is a charge of 30 euros in concept of Late check in.
For arrivals from 24:00h to 02:00h there is a charge of 50 euros in concept of Very Late Check-in.
