About This Property
The house is part of the complex Aperado in Krotiri of Parikia that consists of two more houses and 3 studios. It is located in the upper level of the resort where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunset view as well as the port of Paros and the island of Antiparos.
It is a combination of a traditional, romantic, beautiful house that offers you what you expect for your vacations.
The house offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is equipped with air-condition, free WiFi, TV, DVD Player, stereo system.
The ground floor of the house has the living room with the fireplace, a big sofa creation and a simple sofa. There is also the well equipped kitchen and the dining area. From this level you can go to the balcony in front of the house to enjoy the view or have your dinner in the back side of the house in the outdoor dining area.
The first bathroom is in the same level of the house.
A wooden staircase leads you upstairs to the master bedroom with the queen size bed, the closet and the exit to the terrace of the bedroom.
From the living room another staircase leads you to the basement where the second bedroom is with a king size bed, a single bed and the large bathroom with the round bathtub.
For a relaxing day in the resort you can enjoy the swimming pool in the front side of the house lying in your sunbed under the sun.
The barbeque and the outdoor dining area are available for anytime you feel like staying in and be the chef!
If you are a fun of tennis sport, please bring your racket and enjoy your game in the tennis court of the resort!

If you need something more adventurous you can have a ride with the bicycles we offer to explore some spots of the island.
