La Garde Freinet village is located 16 klms from the Mediterranean coast in the 'Maures' mountain range in Provence, just north of Saint Tropez, between Nice and Marseille. It provides its vistors with all the amenities required for a wonderful holiday and boasts two butchers, two bakers, two well-stocked convenience stores, two hairdressers, a bank with an ATM, a public swimming pool, a post office, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacist, dentist and doctor. Market days are Wednesday and Sunday.
