Constructed using traditional Pietra Leccese and fully renovated in 2020 by a Lecce-based architect, the property exudes a timeless elegance. With arched doorways, soaring vaulted ceilings, and curated furnishings, the interiors offer a warm, sophisticated ambiance.

The main villa houses four stylish bedrooms—three with en-suite bathrooms and one with a shared family bath—alongside a spacious open-plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a cozy dining area with a rustic fireplace, and a welcoming living room. A fifth bedroom is tucked into a charming independent guesthouse designed in the style of a pajara, offering added privacy.

Outside, Villa Soli impresses with its heated infinity pool, rooftop terrace with Adriatic Sea views, al fresco dining spaces, and a private tennis court. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, and all windows are fitted with mosquito screens for added comfort. Concierge services—including private chefs, in-villa massages, boat tours, and artisanal workshops—are available on request.

Conveniently located just minutes from Carpignano Salentino, Villa Soli is only 15 minutes from Otranto and the beaches of Alimini, and 20 minutes from Lecce.


Interior Overview

Set among centuries-old olive trees, Villa Soli provides a tranquil setting ideal for families or groups seeking peace, comfort, and a taste of Apulian heritage. Built by local artisans using Pietra Leccese, its architecture combines traditional elements—like arched passages and four-meter-high vaulted ceilings—with contemporary design.

In July 2020, the estate underwent a full renovation and extension, balancing the villa’s original soul with the luxuries of modern living.

The Grounds
As you enter the gates, a two-hectare olive grove welcomes you, its centuries-old trees setting the tone for the serenity that defines the estate.

Main Villa
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dual refrigerators. A restored antique oak dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests, making it the perfect setting for shared meals. Adjacent, the dining room features a fireplace crafted from local tufo stone, while the living room invites you to relax, read, or enjoy a film.

The kitchen and dining area open onto an internal courtyard, surrounded by a manicured lawn and olive trees, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors in privacy.

A utility room off the kitchen offers a washer, dryer, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

Sleeping Quarters



Master Bedroom: Features a four-poster king-size bed, writing desk, wardrobe, en-suite with double sink and walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine, and private garden access.


Guest Bedroom 1: A twin/double room with en-suite bathroom, double sink, walk-in shower, desk, TV, and private garden access.


Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3: Configurable as twin or double rooms, these share a large family bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. One room includes a TV/DVD player and a desk. The two rooms can be interconnected, ideal for families.



Independent Guesthouse – The Pajara
Located 30 meters from the main building, this stone guest unit is modeled after a traditional pajara. It includes a twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV—perfect for teenagers, staff, or guests seeking privacy.


Outdoor Living

Whether lounging by the heated infinity pool, enjoying dinner under the pergola, or sipping an aperitivo on the rooftop terrace, Villa Soli offers numerous spaces for rest and leisure. Two outdoor dining areas—one in the landscaped garden, the other in the courtyard—are perfect for alfresco meals.

From the rooftop, panoramic views stretch across olive groves and whitewashed villages. On clear days, the Adriatic and even the Albanian coast may be visible.

All windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and air conditioning is available in each bedroom, the living room, and the main hallway for maximum comfort.
