Surrounded by a lush park of holm oaks and cypress trees, Villa Radico is a refined residence that seamlessly blends the charm and history of the past with the comforts of modern living. It has been thoughtfully designed and furnished as a private home, welcoming guests and friends into its elegant embrace.

The villa's entrance is graced by a large circular garden, perfect for hosting events. Originally an ancient hunting lodge, it retains the grandeur of an 18th-century estate, once used for banquets and ceremonies celebrating the arrival of spring and the fertility of the land.

Villa Radico is a captivating farmhouse with expansive living rooms, sophisticated and understated furnishings, a piano, a billiard table, a fully equipped kitchen, a small gym, a yoga studio, and a table tennis area. The villa features thirteen rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a large terrace overlooking the valley, a charming patio, a solarium, and beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland.

Here, nature takes center stage. The melody of birdsong, the sweet fragrance of broom flowers in spring, and the delicate scent of lime blossoms in summer infuse the air. The peaceful surroundings make it easy to feel in harmony with the world. Villa Radico offers an immersive experience, allowing you to fully embrace the tranquility of the Val d’Orcia's soothing landscapes.

As night falls, the garden transforms into a natural observatory, where the clear skies above offer a stunning display of stars. In the mornings, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the patio overlooking the garden. The villa offers a variety of relaxing activities, from massages and yoga or Tai Chi sessions to a refreshing swim in the 6x12m pool or a friendly game of volleyball.

For lunch, the barbecue area with its gazebo provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining. In the afternoon, guests can unwind in the park, enjoy a game of billiards, take an e-bike ride, or explore the local walking trails. As the sun sets, guests can indulge in a soothing soak in the whirlpool bath, sip an aperitif in the solarium, and enjoy a delightful dinner in the garden, accompanied by the sounds of classical or jazz music.

**THE VILLA**
The ground floor features three spacious rooms, two of which have stone fireplaces, and one that houses a piano. The living areas open directly onto a semicircular terracotta solarium. This level also includes two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

Additional rooms on the ground floor include a study, a cozy bar area with a professional espresso machine, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, electric oven, microwave, two kettles, two toasters, and a juicer. There is also an ironing room/wardrobe, a small living room with a TV, a billiard room, a fitness room, a relaxation room with a ping-pong table, and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, you’ll find three twin bedrooms and five double bedrooms, one of which has a large panoramic terrace. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers.

In the basement, a spacious relaxation room with satellite TV opens onto the pool area. This level also includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom.

**THE OUTDOORS**
The villa is set within a historic park and boasts a stunning infinity pool (6x12m), a barbecue area with a gazebo, a whirlpool bath beside the pool, and an outdoor space with games and a volleyball court. The villa offers excellent Wi-Fi access throughout the entire property, including the pool area. Other amenities include a safe, private parking, and a large park featuring holm oaks and cypress trees.
