The Villa is located in Lucignano (Arezzo province) in the Tuscan countryside. It has just been completely renovated internally and externally and the owners finished the renovations in July 2024.The property can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in 3 suites and a small apartment with five bathrooms.

As better described in the floor plan, on the ground floor you can find the kitchen, the living room, the winter garden (dining room for 18 guests) and the Master Suite (that consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). On the first floor is a Royal Suite (that consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) and a Luxe Apartment (that consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The property also comprises a Prestige Suite, located in the turret (with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom). It also has a garden of 2 hectars and a private pool.
