For your vacation in Sainte-Maxime, a T3 apartment of approximately 60 m² is available for rent for 4 to 5 people. Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, facing the sea. It is ideally situated just a short walk from the beach and the shops in the center. This East/West facing apartment offers a lovely sea view from the terrace only.
It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a shower room with a toilet. Air conditioning in the living room and hallway. Collective parking.
Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is additional at the price of €50.
The security deposit upon arrival is €600.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).
Charges are included.
The deposit is 25%.
The apartment must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
