The studio includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a full bathroom. The external suite, with a separate entrance, features a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and an additional WC.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a television in the studio, and a smart TV with streaming services in the suite. Three baby cots and a high chair are available on request.



Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden, saltwater pool, terraces (open and covered), outdoor kitchen, and barbecue, all in a peaceful environment with automatic gate access.



The property is about 10 minutes from a river beach and just over 15 minutes from coastal beaches. A visit to the iconic Santa Luzia Temple in Viana do Castelo is recommended.

Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed (maximum 2 per stay), but they should not go on beds or sofas.
