This delightful rural yet modern villa sits a top a mountain with unspoilt views. It is totally secluded and offers the ultimate in relaxation. It's perfect for groups of couples or families looking to get away from their busy lives and enjoy each others company in an unspoilt back drop in the Andalusian Mountains. We highly recommend the villa for anyone interested in self/group led Yoga, Meditation, Recuperation, Walking, Cycling, Bird/wildlife Watching, Reading, Cooking, and Sun Worshiping.

The space has been perfectly designed to create space for everyone to interact together and have time alone. The house itself is very open plan whilst the bedrooms have individual outdoor seating areas. It offers guests the perfect opportunity to be together as a group or to sneak away and find your own space if you need too. The Villa sleeps 10 people comfortably but there is the option to sleep an extra two people on the sofa bed in the upstairs turret room.

Sunset Master - This is in the turret area of the Villa overlooking the Pool and the mountain views. It has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, fitted with bath, two showers, double sink & W/C. Doors open out to a patio set and views over to the pool.

Sunrise Master - This is situated at the other end of the Villa, here you can catch the sunrise over the mountain through the picture window if you're a summer early bird. There are few things better than waking up to that view in the morning with a cup of tea in bed. It is fitted with a King sized bed, walk in wardrobe & ensuite with shower & w/c. Large doors open up to a private terrace with views down the valley.

There are another 3 bedrooms - All fitted with beds that can either be one super king sized bed or split into generous sized singles. Just let us know your preference prior to your arrival and we will ensure the rooms are set up to accommodate your needs. All these rooms have doors opening out to patios & patio furniture perfect if you want some alone time. These bedrooms share the family bathroom equipped with double sinks, bath, shower & w/c. There is also a separate w/c in the entrance hall.

There is a huge open plan space, which encompasses a comfy lounge with TV & wood burner. The dining room with our beautiful handmade oak table and a 6m bifold doors out to the terraces. The Kitchen & breakfast bar brings it all together to make this space the perfect setting to bring people together and enjoy each others company. There is the option to close the folding doors between the dining room and living room should you want to separate the spaces out.

Off the kitchen is the utility room, where you will find a washing machine, another double fridge, ice maker, bins and other general bits and bobs you made need during your stay, its also a great storage area.

Up the marble stairs you will find what we call the turret room with windows all around to stunning views, chairs and sofas make this a comfy quiet space perfect for reading, chatting, napping out of the sun. It also has a log burner and access to the roof terrace. This is also where you would find the Sofa bed should you want to accommodate an extra couple of guests.

Outside you are spoilt for choice with areas to sit, lie & eat. We have a large pool, with a smaller shallower pool attached to a waterfall. There is an outdoor shower & outdoor W/C.

The jacuzzi is the perfect way to end the day with views down the valley.
If you're feeling like you would like to stretch your legs the house is on top of a mountain surrounded by 44 acres to explore, we have almond trees & oak trees and the odd little ruin. Bring some sturdy shoes if you want to roam around the grounds.

If you'd like a night off from the BBQ we have the most amazing restaurant a stones through away, with just a 10 min drive you can dine at Casa Joya, people journey for miles around to eat here, James former chef at the Langham hotel in London creates the most exquisite food, and along with his wife Mary they have created a unique restaurant which really is a gem in the Andalusian mountains. There are three airports to choose from when visiting, Almeria, Murcia & Alicante and we would recommend renting a car, there are lots of supermarkets to choose from on arrival and with 3 Large Fridges you really can stock up for your stay. There is lots of space for parking cars at the villa too.
